Im hispanic! So let me tell u my point of view usually they work jobs that give u cash at that moment instead of depositing it in a bank its easier so that the immigration cant catch u. So these jobs like car washing lawn mowing cleaning houses babysiting is fast cash thats why my moms side is full of immigrants lol sadly
