		<description>first prick it thoroughly with a fork in the places it is brown ..sprinkle lime to sweeten the soil..re-seed with either rye grass or high class grass seed roller to even the soil and  rake gently.to loosen the top soil.and water in..fertilize after the grass has grown to a defined size..if you fertilize too soon it will burn the new shoots..do not cut for a few months..until well established..not too short on first cutting..</description>
