Use the phone book to call around to your competitors and ask them to give you a quotation on a yard you currently cut (preferably your own). That should give you an accurate account of the demand for your geographical area.
in my home town a college town they charge 20-30 us, in an affluent area it may be 100-125 us per cut it depends on what the market will bear, if there is a lot of competition it drives price down and little competition drives it up, just remember to keep it elevated enough to cover costs through winter or you will spend weeks hanging christmas lights in the snow
