How to price a lawn care job?

When pricing a job a lot of things have to be taken into consideration. How much trimming has to be done, how much walking has to be done, etc. 500 dollars is too much for a area that size. You should be charging at most 300 dollars which still may be high but if you do a good job nobody will complain. Also 2 cuts a month is not enough a lawn needs to be mowed at least once a week maybe more it it is fertilized.
