Give them a call and if they don't issue them they should be able to tell you who does. And if you are planning on doing any type of weed control or fertilizer applications on lawns you will need to check with the Department of Agriculture for licensing requirements in your area. Many lawn care companies determine their pricing based on square footage. You just need to figure out how long it will take you on each specific job and base your rate on that.
