you need to have your lawn tested to see what minerals it may need,, use an aerator to let in water and air, if you grab a hand full of dirt it should clump together and slightly fall apart when you open your hand,, you should be able to easily tell if its too dry or wet!  watering depends on your drainage, weather conditions, etc.. fertilizing will depend on what the soil ph tests show!!</description>
