Farmers don’t have a road tax. They mail in their receipt to the state each month and the state sends them their tax back.
But I never heard of any other business that were allowed to do that. You need to check with your state. Each state is different, with their own laws on that. Good luck. Don’t forget me when choosing your best answer, Thankyou.
