    finance it for your busy season. when it slows down in the fall/winter, have deferred payments until the spring.

    i would do a monthly contract at first b/c of unknown expenses

    You should expect for your services to be paid within 10 days of invoice. That’s pretty standard. The other method would be to charge monthly on an annual basis, but I don’t think that will work in your climate as well as it does in the south.

    Best payment should be legal contracts, being paid monthly.

    If you are starting small, cash after labour would be the best idea.
